Matchless G2 250cc 1961

I Don’t really know where to start with this great 250cc Matchless? Back in circa 2022/3 someone spent a fortune, far beyond todays sale price, on restoring this now beautiful example of a 61 Matchless G2. Its history file not only contains invoices for parts and work done totalling many thousands of pounds, but also pictures of the machine prior to its rebuild, a workshop manual, its dating certificate alongside the official letter from DVLA where the restorer had bothered to go through the process of applying for, and getting, its original registration number placed back on the bike. Plus some nice magazine articles about this model.
Today with just 395 miles on the speedo, since its rebuild, it is probably if not the best, one of the best examples of a Matchless G2 on the market today.
